Shipping Related Breakage & Claims |
All Shipping related issues or damages need to be reported in writing via email within 5 business days of delivery. 1) the damaged item showing the engraving, Claims initiated at a later date or missing supporting documentation listed above may not be honored. Damaged items and packaging must be kept for 7 days as the shipping carrier (FedEx or USPS) may request to pick up the item for inspection.
