Shipping Related
Breakage & Claims
All Shipping related issues/damages need to be reported in writing via email within 5 days of receipt. To expedite the replacement process,  please make sure to attach images showing the damaged item(s) as well as the external packaging your order arrived in. Claims initiated at a later date may not be honored. Damaged items and packaging must be kept for 7 days as the shipping carrier (FedEx or USPS) may request to pick up the item for inspection.
