After the Order Form and is submitted, a complimentary pre-purchase digital proof will be provided via email within 1 business day for your review and approval along with checkout instructions. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback or request a revision to the proof before giving final approval.
NOTE: There is no payment or order commitment required when submitting the Order Form.
We are able to work with most photos or scanned copies of a signature. Make sure to use a clear, good quality photo of the signature. For best results we recommend using a dark color ink on a plain white paper background. Use a signature with a thinner line/stroke as it is easier to adjust the line thickness of the signature upwards if needed for optimal engraving results during artwork setup.
NOTE: When digitizing the signature, our in house design team can remove unnecessary backgrounds/lines from the image however an additional artwork setup fee of $15 may apply if substantial cleanup of the signature is required.
Our custom whiskey decanters are laser engraved instead of printed. Because the design is etched directly into the crystal rather than color filled, we’re unable to reproduce different colors or gradients. The engraving results in a subtly textured, frosted white mark that contrasts beautifully against the clear crystal background.
Unlike sandblasting, this precise engraving technique doesn’t carve deep grooves but gently etches the crystal’s surface, enabling us to reproduce even the most intricate and finely detailed designs.
Yes. – If needed, we can engrave different logos/artwork on the decanter & glasses. Please note that an additional artwork setup fee of $15 per additional artwork will apply. Engraving a logo with text on the decanter but only the logo (without text) on the glasses can be accommodated at no extra charge.

Please note that a secondary engraving fee of $30 or $40 will apply if we are engraving the back of the decanters or glasses, respectively.
