Logo Engraving | FAQ
After the Order Form with the logo/artwork and any additional instructions is submitted, a complimentary digital proof will be prepared and provided via email within 1 business day for your review and approval along with payment instructions. You will be able to provide feedback if any changes to the proof are needed before approval.
NOTE: There is no payment or order commitment required when submitting the Order Form.
For best results, please provide your artwork either as a high-resolution raster image (such as JPG, PNG, or BMP) or in an editable vector format (AI, PDF, or EPS). All artwork will be digitized so that necessary changes (removing colors and backgrounds) can be made to prepare the artwork for engraving.
NOTE: When working with complex or low quality artwork that requires extensive cleanup and preparation, an artwork setup fee of $10 may apply.
Our custom whiskey decanters are laser engraved instead of printed. Because the design is etched directly into the crystal rather than color filled, we’re unable to reproduce different colors or gradients. The engraving results in a subtly textured, frosted white mark that contrasts beautifully against the clear crystal background.
Unlike sandblasting, this precise engraving technique doesn’t carve deep grooves but gently etches the crystal’s surface, enabling us to reproduce even the most intricate and finely detailed designs.
Yes. – If needed, we can engrave different logos/artwork on the decanter & glasses. Please note that an additional artwork setup fee of $15 per additional artwork will apply. Engraving a logo with text on the decanter but only the logo (without text) on the glasses can be accommodated at no extra charge.
Yes. – If needed we can add both logo and text engraving to the back of the decanter and/or glasses. Please note that a secondary engraving fee of $30 or $40 will apply if we are engraving the back of the decanters or glasses, respectively. Prices shown on the product listing pages already include custom engraving on the front.
Standard Production
Most custom logo orders are engraved and shipped from our New York production studio within 1–3 business days.
Priority Processing (+$35)
For most individual orders (less than 5 items) with tight deadlines, we are abel offer 1-day Priority Order Processing to move your project to the front of our production queue.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
For large corporate/bulk orders (over 20 decanters/sets), please contact us for a custom quate. We will provide a confirmed production timeline based on current inventory, prdoction schedule and your specific event date to ensure seamless and on-time delivery.
Yes! – We maintain a secure digital archive of all custom logo engraving files. This allows for seamless re-ordering without having to re-submit artwork or re-creating engraving design layout. Simply reference your previous order number and our design team will retrieve your engraving-ready artwork (and update any text fileds like recipients, dates, milestone as needed) to ensure it matches the specifications of your previous project for perfect brand consistency.
