Logo & Artwork Format »

We are able to work with most logos provided either as a 1) high resolution raster image (jpg, png, bmp etc.) or 2) in an editable vector format (ai, pdf, scg, eps). Our decanters and glasses are laser engraved rather than printed on and as such, we are unable to re-create different colors or gradients. The engraving mark will have a frosted white appearance and slightly textured feel against the clear crystal background (see sample gallery). To prepare the logos for engraving, all logos and artwork will be digitized and re-created in a single color clipart format by removing all colors and backgrounds.

Once the order from is received, a Digital Proof will be prepared and provided via email (within 1 business day) for your review & approval. You will have an option to either approve the proof and complete checkout after approval, or provide feedback if any changes to the proof are needed.

Corporate / Quantity Orders »

A quantity discount of up to 10% is available for most orders of 5 items or more using identical products with either identical or substantially similar artwork (i.e same logo and layout but with different recipient names, dates, ets.). Priority order processing and drop shipping options are available upon request. For larger orders (over 15 items), please contact us for a custom quote, availability and accurate production and shipping times before placing an order.
